Erin is a graduate of The New York Law School in Manhattan. During her law school education, she served as an Articles Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She also worked full time during law school and was still able to graduate in three years. Prior to attending law school, Erin received her B.A. in English from John Carroll University. She is admitted to Practice in New Jersey.

She is well versed in all aspects of Real Estate Law, including but not limited to Real Estate Closings, Leases, Land Use Matters, Landlord-Tenant issues, and Tax Appeals.

Erin will also be able to aid in all of your Estate Planning/Administration needs, such as: Wills, Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Proxies, and General Estate Administration, including disclaiming of assets, Estate Litigation, and Guardianship matters.

Family Law is another area where Erin can assist you with the drafting of Pre-Nuptial Agreements and related Estate Planning Matters, Divorces, including but not limited to, Post-Judgement Matters, Mediation, and Name Changes.

Erin can also provide support for Expungements and Municipal Court Traffic Violations.
