Jessica has handled a wide range of sales and acquisitions involving different types of real estate, including office buildings, retail shopping centers, restaurants, multi-family residential projects, and industrial warehouse facilities. In addition, Jessica has extensive experience in counseling individuals as well commercial landlords and tenants in connection with the preparation, review, and negotiation of commercial real estate leases.

Before joining the firm, Jessica focused her practice with a concentration in planned real estate development law and condominium law. Her work encompassed new construction condominium and subdivided lot communities, community association law, and the registration of planned real estate developments with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) as well as commercial litigation involving construction defects and transition litigation.
Jessica earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Rider University with a major in English and Political Science. She is currently admitted to practice law in New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
