NATELA LOLAEV, an associate with Jardim, Meisner & Susser, P.C., concentrates her practice in the fields of transaction real estate deals and local property tax litigation.

Real Estate Law

Within the realm of real estate law, Ms. Lolaev: represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential properties, including preparation of all related documents; negotiates and prepares commercial leasing agreements; handles landlord/tenant disputes; represents developers in all phases, ranging from land acquisition, construction, permits, variances, zoning, and related issues; handles title issues/defects; and represents clients in other real estate-related matters and transactions.

Property Tax Litigation

Ms. Lolaev is also well-versed in property tax litigation, helping hundreds of taxpayers with residential, retail, office, industrial, warehouse, and multifamily properties to manage their tax obligations across the State of New Jersey. She currently handles all tax appeals for the Town of Westfield.
