Rich Meisner, a Shareholder with the firm, leads the firm’s corporate and commercial transactions, business law, and residential real estate practice groups.
Rich’s academic background and in-house legal experience leave him uniquely qualified to lead our law firm and support the firm’s client base. Recently, he has been located out of our Red Bank and New York offices as part of our firm’s growth and expansion.
With expertise in executive compensation, Rich has represented hundreds of executives across dozens of industries. Rich’s practice is executive-centered and brings large law firm practice and large law firm transactions, to executives and small and mid-sized corporations. His expertise includes corporate transactions and business combinations, representing executives in compensation deals, business, employment. and ERISA litigation, and general representation of doctors, franchisees, FINRA brokers and bankers, employees, stockholders, and employee benefit plan participants.
Richard is an avid fan of Premier League English Football, and Phish (the band). He is known to ask anyone with an international accent about their world football allegiances.
