Education

William Darling is an Associate at Jardim Meisner Salmon Sprague & Susser, P.C., working primarily out of the Florham Park office. William entered the practice of law in 2018. Will handles all aspects of litigation including matrimonial law, criminal defense, and government representation matters in addition to advice pertaining to legislative policy.

Will received his undergraduate degree from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University and received his Juris Doctorate at Rutgers University law school. He commenced his legal career as a Family Division Clerk in Somerset County under Judge Robert A. Ballard, Jr before transitioning to a three-year tenure as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan, New York.

During his time as a prosecutor, Will handled an array of cases including domestic violence, burglary, arson, assault, white collar offenses, and firearm possession cases. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York, Will also has significant experience representing companies from small family run businesses to large multinational corporations.

Most recently, Will served as counsel to the New Jersey State Senate Majority Office advising on legal issues relating to policy, elections, and other legislative matters.

Residing in Middlesex County, Will enjoys engaging and volunteering with local organizations where his passion is mentoring young adults. He also has a love for all sports and is a fan of the Atlanta Falcons and New York Yankees.
